TSI Cares and their board of directors presented the award in recognition of Ms. Nieves’ dedication to the education of the Queens community. Sandra Delson, Ed.D., Director of Public Affairs & Development, and Larry Grubler, Psy.D., Chief Executive Officer from Transitional Services for New York Inc., presented the award.
